This is a public forum. I'm quite puzzled as to why you would think it's a private message service that only contacts this Rick fellow. I have an idea which Rick you are referring to and he's mostly on the Battlelog forums so why you think you can PM him in here I really don't know. As for the servers for BF4 and the hosting of these that is handled by the selected trusted hosting providers. You can see a list here: http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield-4/rent-a-server I don't know if any of these provide hosting in Isreal but you can take a look yourself 🙂 There's no server files to download because EA/DICE does not allow you to host a server yourself - you have to use an approved provider.
