0 health and still alive

For some reason since the latest update for battlefield 4 on PS4 I am constantly getting killed by others players that happen to have 0 health.  I can see that they have 0 health because of the death...

    This is a known display issue and we keep you updated as soon as we have new information. We are currently working to fix this problem. Please keep in mind, this issue is not affecting gameplay, the displayed health is not the actual health of your enemy.

It is if I'm unloading on them and nothing is happing to them same guy killed me and someone else and on both screens 0 health I think that is affecting the gameplay
