    This problem is known and it being fixed soon. 

    As for the network issues you can try these simple steps, for some this has solved similar issues for other players.

    Try this on your internet modem / router
    1) Log into your modem / router
    2) Turn OFF UPNP.
    3) Turn off PC UPnP Service
    4) Press: Windows-button a window should pop up. Write: services.msc then press enter.
    5) In the list of services, scroll down to UPnP Device Host click it and press Stop service. Now do the same thing but with the service & SSDP Discovery
    6) Exit the window and go to control panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Centre > Change advanced sharing settings under network discovery, select to turn off network discovery then Save your changes

    Please enable the following online ports on your connection
    TCP: 53, 88, 3074
    UDP: 53, 88, 3074
    For specific instructions on how to open your ports, please visit http://www.portforward.com/ or contact your router manufacturer.

@Foxe1992 Yes this works on all platforms and can improve your internet on all devices. It helps a lot for me.

Great well I have always opened ports however I will try the other method if the ping isn't fixed today.

    Well the ping bar is sorted but this is the worst rubber banding I've had since a few weeks after lauch. I'm **bleep** sick of it. What a waste, buying premium, everything was fine until I bought that.

      @Foxe1992 The rubberbanding is already known and should be fixed, to be honest that is the reason i havent played this week because it is so bad for me. I know it will be fixed very soon and that is their main focus to fix right now.
