Well, that's unfortunate, access to the exclusive beta is non-transferrable and tied to the same platform that your entry point is tied to. But with the launch of the Open Beta on Friday you'll be able to download the beta on PC or Xbox 360.

HOW TO ACCESS THE BETA (PS3)
The Exclusive Battlefield 4™ Beta for PlayStation 3 can now be accessed through the PlayStation Store. Navigate to the PlayStation Store, select "Search" and enter "Battlefield 4". Select the Beta (may be listed as "Demo") and follow the download instructions.
Starting October 4, the Open Battlefield 4 Beta for PS3 will be available through the PlayStation Store for everyone to download.

As long as you log in with your old Xbox Live account on any other Xbox 360 you will be able to download your Battlefield 3 Premium again, which will unlock access to the exclusive beta. Also, from today on, October 4th, the open beta will be available to everybody on all platforms.
