10 battlepacks a week
Why am I not receiving my 10 gold battle packs a week like my promo code that came with the game says. I've redeemed and downloaded the code content and still no battlepacks every week.

Please read here about battlepacks and when they will be granted to you on Battlefield Hardline.
With Premium you will get 1 Gold Battlepack per month for 12 months, and with Deluxe Edition you will receive 5 Gold Battlepacks in the start of the game, and 5 more will become available once per week on each Friday starting March 20th and ending on April 17th, 2015.
So the promo code in my game case that says ten gold packs a week is a lie?
No, the way it works is Deluxe edition users get 5 at launch and 5 every Friday per week.
