I bought the 10,000 scraps $8.99 battlepack for the scrap took me forever casually playing and with hurricane michael destroying everything where i live to gather them up. I finally get the 10,000 scrap and buy the pack! I click to open it goes to the looping circle and i get kicked back to the home page of BF1. I then go back into the battlepacks my current scrap is at 220 (so minus the 10,000) and the battlepack is gone i start looking into my inventory and none of the items are there! I immediately restart the game and open it back up that didnt help i emailed customer care they said they cant help, i called they cant help, i finally get someone in chat to take a look and they tell me sorry go grind again, to bad. I ask them can you please escalate this or anything!? nope nothing i get told sorry cant do anything we already tried if you proceed i will be forced to terminate the chat, showing little to no consideration for the fact that i just lost over a months worth of work. Is there nothing that can be done!?
