500 kills with the AK-12 but no mastery dogtag?

I have around 520 kills with the Ak-12 and haven't earned the mastery dogtag yet?? I also have this problem with some other guns too.

I had this issue a while ago for the L85A2, it kind of fixed itself. I'd check battlelog on PC to see what it says... Ocassionaly it has conflicting numbers
