5X Gold Battlepacks not showing up in game or battlelog

I purchased the 5x gold battlepacks from the PS3 store but they don't show up in my game. The purchase is in my purchase history, and under my services list it shows the 5x gold packs and says "1 rem...

I purchased 2 of them about 5 hrs ago on ps4 psn logged out downloaded dragon teeth logged in and back out a few times still not showing up?

I logged out and back in a few times, and waiting until today to see if they would show up and still nothing. Hoping someone will fix this soon, or at least give me my money back so I'm not paying for something I can't get.

    If you want a refund to your wallet you can go on playstation live chat support to get a refund request until they fix it
