Same issue with FridayNightBattlefield dogtag. I played on servers which are related to this dogtag and won a couple of conquest matches but never receive the dogtag..
To get the Fridaynightbattlefield dog tag you need you join the official server & complete the task given by the FNB Team, take a screen shot and sent it to twitter to Sawtooth75 so they can send you a code for the dog tag, it is hard to get but possible it took me awhile to get my FNB dog tag, hope this helps, good luck!

Although it is not related to the original topic, just a quick comment regarding FridayNightBattlefield - here's our stickied forum post.
Long story short: Check out the post to find out what servers the event is running on for your platform. Depending on the event and server you attend, the tasks to perform in order to get a chance to get the dog tag may vary.
