It is a broken process. I started yesterday at 7ish and with 240K in front of me. Fine, its more than an hour. I check back through the evening and before I went to bed it was still over 200K in front of me. I go to bed, get up log in and my place in the queue is gone, I am back to 190K in front of me. They are restricting access in the attempt of garnering excitement. Bad play EA.
