We get this message: ACCESS DENIED. Sorry you are not eligible to participate in this activity. Problem is, my son can't play any EA online multiplayer games with his own profile..?? I have given him permissions from Xbox 1 settings. Nothing works. My own profile works just fine. Thanks..

@ComicChain8497 In that case can you reach out to support to have a look at the account, they can hopefully get things cleared up. http://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/ If you're not in the US, be sure to click the flag icon in the top right of the page to change the region.

Are you all trying to play on an account that owns the game?

From what I can see here it appears that you're trying to play the game via account sharing. If so, make sure that the account which has the game is logged in, and that there's at least 1 active Gold account between you,.

I don't have a perfectly clear picture though, so sorry if my guess is off.

Why does it say access denied on my battlefield 1? I've went through the website and checked everything and it's all fine but it won't let me on

I can't play Bf1 multiplayer. I pre ordered the regular edition from the Xbox store and I can only play Campain. When I try Multiplayer a message pops up and says ACCESS DENIED please go to ea.comhelp etc. when I type in the long link the link doesn't exist! Please help! FIX THE SERVERS

Any answer yet? I have exactly the same problem, same message etc. All connections work, i am able to play Campaign, only Multiplayer Access is denied.
