Account lost

Hello, I'm having a problem with my EA account. I've got a game called Battlefield Heroes but unfortunately there is no options for this game - so I'd just make that clear..

I lost my account well over a year ago and I haven't really bothered to try getting it back since I lost my will to play the game and I didn't care about anything related to it. Is it possible that I could get a link directed to a live chat, it will be so much easier.

I don't really know what to mention, but as mentioned - talking with a person directly would be a lot more easier and I'll provide all required information. Unfortunally it's been a while, so I'm not quite sure if I remember anything.. But hey, why not try.. Haha!
