Account Suspended without reason given

Hello, I was suspended while playing BF1 and now I lost access to my entire EA account for 1 week and they won't tell me why I was suspended. The only thing I got in the email was a message saying "...

    Hi @TinglyTortoise There isn't anyone here who can give in-depth information for why a ban might have been issued, it's something only the ToS team handle.

    However, as the email references the BF1 Companion, it could have been related to an emblem. You should still be able to log into the website (the app no longer works) and see of you can spot anything there. To make it clear though: this is 100% a guess on my part and I could be completely incorrect.
