Activation UI has stopped working

Those two seem to send me to the same download. So far i have not had luck with this method. Any other suggestions?

Do you have 'activation UI' trusted in your firewall?
My system was doing the same thing and it came down to the fact that activatioin ui wasn't trusted. When I set it to trusted all the issues went away.
I have completely disabled my firewall so i dont think thats the problem ☹️
Same issue. File is trusted, installed those two C++ packages, no love.
