Aiming down sights causes me to shoot

whatever gun i am using, whenever i aim down sights my gun will just shoot on its own, also it sometimes gliches out and casues my charecter to aim in and out of sights constantly while shooting, without ever clicking my lmb, this has caused many many uneeded deaths.
