All campaign progress erased

I completed all of the campaign missions and I was a long way with collecting all of the codexes.

I've never has this issue before until today when I plug my new monitor in and fire up the game it puts me into the first mission, I quit back to the menu and I see all of my campaign progress had been erased.

I don't know if this has something to do with me plugging in a new monitor or not but this is really frustrating losing all these hours of progress and I'm not willing to redo all of it again is there any way to get my saves back?

    Hey @Ragnarsson1892,

    Sorry to hear this happened to you.

    However, did you happen to change anything with your Account? Everything is Saved locally, and shouldn't have been erased, unless it's deliberately removed.

    Nope I haven't changed anything on my account for months (when I only changed my name and avatar). Everything was here the day before and now for some reason it's all gone

    Hey @Ragnarsson1892,

    sorry to hear that - as mentioned earlier in this thread, your campaign progress is saved locally on your hard drive. You can backup the "Battlefield 1" folder in your settings to your desktop and see if you can download data from the cloud. Unfortunately, even an EA Advisor has no means of restoring your save file - turning on the cloud save comes in handy.
