Make sure it's shut down completely (as opposed to just going to rest mode) then please check again?
Mine was fixed just before the 1.05 update. Happy to finally be able to purchase decent guns now!
My rank has returned to normal on the soldier screen, although when i look at my weapons my class ranks are still at 0.
after playing in an online game everything is now fixed, cheers
Tried to turn off turn off my ps4 console but it did not help it even made it worse. I had some weapon unlocked in the medic section now they're not and even of the companion it's 0! Seriously EA?

We shouldn't have to reset OUR system. This is clearly your problem effecting most of Europe and ALL systems. FYI, I have reset my console 4 times (ps4) full power down and nothing...BF companion webpage 0, BF companion mobile 0.
I have dropped from lvl 44 to 0, I will not accept having to do the whole thing again. If it can't be fixed, we (as a community and the people who hand over our money) should be compensated.
Yes it is still messed up rank zero. my weapons disappeared mid game and was running around with a standard issue kit. conquest game. PC version. to elaborate on the weapon issue.. my shotgun was there after i switched to it in the deploy screen. after the first death my weapons were standard issue again and my shotgun was locked as if not purchased.
same problem iwas 68 now it shows 0 cmon do sth pls give my stats medals and whole missing parts...
i done many times this thing men and i wait for hours please David fix the problem.i can not go online my stats are zero FIX THIS THING DAVE
