All in one problem help

I have buy a digital copy of BF4 but i can't redeem i have a message that the code is already in use(not form me) .Contact "Instant Gaming" for this and they say they will try to find a solution.After this i find BF4 free for 7 days in Origin shop and i download it and all seems to be fine but after install i tried to play multiplayer and want product code i wrote the code from my digital copy and the system accept my code.Origin library have the BF4 marked as new and not as free time , registered with my product code.Still i can't play for campaign the error is lost connection with EA online and for multiplayer "Game cloud not login to EA online:your account is not allowed to play this game" in the battlelog page say the game is the trial.I know i should wait "Instant Gaming" reply.I need help.
Q1:Origin have problem or bf4?
Q2:How can i fix it :D

ps:I had bf4 cracked and i was playing fine.
I liked this game and i took the decision to buy it.
And this is the thank you form EA after all they say stop the piracy.
The cracked game played just fine from day one and the legal one , second day without solution.
Guys help me please
