All My BF4 Premuim Weapons Gone and Locked

Appreciate the information everyone, the team is investigating. When I know more I'll update here.

I'm playing from Spain . I tried to join Silk Road to try to get the SUAV and I noticed I couldn't join , verified the files but it didn't work , hope it gets fixed soon , maybe before the weekend ends . . .

purchased on the 6th, guns were there and i was able to to make classes with them. came on on the 7th after work and all the weapons are locked again. however it does say that i have them unlocked in the battlelog.

Please give us more then this.

I also lost my ucav as well what did EA have a server crash or something or a glitch every one lost the UCAV and other stuff have you got any idea what is going on??

I think what is happening here, is on NOVEMBER 7th EA was suppose to shutdown this platform for XBOX  or others too, BUT NOT FOR PC

and i think they screwed up and messed up the PC platforms so they probably will fix this, but maybe not who knows, it would be sad if they never fix it.
But i'm sure they will fix it..

Butane...it is probably related to them shutting down BF3 on the platforms. They say they are looking into it...but apparently, they are in no particular hurry to correct it.

Right this is what is going on, because it's not a coincidence that every one lost all their UNLOCKS and DLC, right at the time EA

shut down on November 7, all of which are holdovers from the seventh generation. On that day, Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, and Battlefield:

Hardline will lose their online functionality for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 devices, they did say that

PC players, though, will still be able to play online on their platform's port of the game.

Now They didn't say that PC players would lose unlocks, so i believe that some one at EA screwed up this transition somehow.
You probably will not see any fix to this for some time, because the  Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 devices servers was probably tied into 

how your unlocks are determined..

They will probably either have to setup another server to deliver this information to the game to replace what was on the other servers that was shutdown.

They probably erased all the info on them servers that was shutdown to use for something else, and thus this information lost.
So i'm thinking they will have to refer to their backup servers to fix this..
This is just a thought not 100% sure but looks like this is not an easy fix because this has been an issue for the past 2 days..

I'm thinking days or weeks before this is resolved.

I'm sure they are not in a hurry to do all this work.

Simply put, they probably don't give a crap...

You will probably see an update coming up for fix this, they probably will have the unlocks and DLC obtained by your game and account.

But who knows, i don't think you will see this resolved any time soon, sadly!!!

Good summary @ButaneFire, and I think your right.. As they shut down the XBox server, this actually makes sense. We just have to wait a few, and Im sure EA and/or Dice will fix it. BF4 is still a fun game to play with lots of servers still after 11 years!

Probably, but they will take their own sweet time to do it.

Hello Community Manager Team,

There is a post here (#164) from another player stating support responded to him with this included: "Good thing is that, this has been brought into the notice of the concerned team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible."

However this was not stated on this thread yet so other people can see.

The last post on this thread from Community Manager Team was (#81) stating "Appreciate the information everyone, the team is investigating. When I know more I'll update here."

Is it possible to have your team post a new statement on this thread acknowledging there is an issue and it is currently being worked on?
