always join empty server

I apologize about the issue you're experiencing with joining empty servers through Quickmatch.

Have you tried opening the suggested Ports for Battlefield 1?

Unfortunately this may happen sometimes, but I see you've been using Server Browser as well, which is good for the time being.

Try the steps in the link that I provided above, and see if that helps with Quickmatching.

Using quick match is the problem and has had this problem since Battlefield 3 was out. Try using the server browser to find a game. This will ensure that you join a populate server 100% of the time.

Hey, @ALM03T9M Thanks for coming back! 

Try moving your settings folder to your desktop and then shut off origin cloud sync, after that is done start the game up and play a match, to see if that works.

Are you still using quick match or is this happening using the Server browser?
