No one else in multiplayer game, am the only one. Can you fix this?
By the way Ea support is by far the worst customer support service I've ever experienced. I pay £60 plus for a game and can't even use it, zero technical support available except for this forum. Bordering on robbery.
Make sure you use server browser to find games. It's critical that you set your filters, and the most important is setting one of your "slots" to NONE.
This will allow you to see all the servers that are full of players. Just que up and wait a minute or two and the gloriousness of BF1 awaits you!
Make sure and toggle server selection to "ping" on the bottom left of screen when all the servers show up so you can play the closest servers to your region.
