AMD 6970 DirectX Error when starting Bf4

I played the Battlefield 4 Campaign last weekend. It always said I should update my drivers so I installed the latest AMD Driver 13.25.18-131129a-165578E-ATI 

After that, I started to play again without big problems (just usual Bf4 crashes here and there).

In the past few days however, I get this error message:
Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements for playing this game.

"AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series" GPU does not support DirectX 10.0 which is required.

So I started to google and look for solutions.

I repaired the game.

I reinstalled the game.

I reinstalled DirectX from the BF4 folder.

I tried various Graphic Options in the CC Center.

Disabled Origin in Bf4

Tried Bf4 64bit and x86 version

But nothing helped so far, so I ask now for help.

AMD 6970 2GB

8GB RAM

Win7 64Bit
