AMD Driver "OUTDATED"

Every time it's launched an update, rather than improving the game, not he does is worse!
Before I didn't have a lot of trouble to get into a game, but now every 10 attempts only have success in 3, outside the gambling problem close alone before rarely happened to me.

What are the minimum requirements of the Battlefield 4? According to the origin the Battlefield 4 requires at least a video card in the case of an amd Radeon HD 3870.
If you are on the website of amd and go on drivers, you will note that for the HD 4000 and HD 3000 line the last released Driver was 13.9. 13.12 driver is only compatible with the HD 5000 line onwards. How is released an update which is insisting that you upgrade the driver to version 13.12 if your card does not have this driver. Our dice is a naivety and incompetence.
And the biggest problem is not the message that keeps insisting, is kicked. Some servers kick for out-of-date driver. How do you play that way?

    I suggest downloading the latest AMD drivers. (But I guess you already have that.) After that manualy re-install "Punkbuster." They cause lots of problems regarding servers and so on. After that if the problem still persists try re-downloading BF4. If it still persists then I suggest getting a new graphics card. It may be too outdated for it to run BF4.

    You don't deserve the XP. Your attempt to help was not successful. Read what I wrote and try again.
    Buy a better card is not the answer. The card is the minimum plate hd3870, soon must have driver for it. Not having the driver, you must remove it from the minimum requirements and reimburse players who have that plate! My card is a hd4850 and I can barely play it, imagine a hd3870. The only solution is the AMD launch a driver or the Dice to remove this stupid message.
    Each update comes more problems than solutions.
    My game before the last updated, hardly closed alone and I wasn't kicked by outdated driver!
