Hello everyone! I really enjoy playing Battlefield and I have sunk so much money into my PC to run it so I can have a good time playing it. Well about a month or two ago I upgraded my PC, clean insta...

Good news guys. I am finally happy with my results. Check out my GPU load now:

As you can see its in the 90's almost all the time with occasional drops. Has my FPS improved? Somewhat. It now rarely drops below 60 and stays between 80-90 frames which is perfect for me.

Now the fix. I was messing around in my bios and seeing the difference between 4.8ghz and 4.6ghz to see if it changed much. As stupid as this may sound, I looked more into my bios and noticed that some of the power savings features were still on which I thought I had off all this time. I am not positive if this is the fix but here is some that most likely played into solving this:

    -Upgrading to Windows 8.1

    -Overclocking to 4.6ghz

-Disabling power saving features in bios

All I can say is I remember doing hundreds of tests on windows 7 with power savings off in my bios and my usage was all over the place so I have a pretty good feeling the upgrade to Windows 8.1 helps. Big thanks to Zorlacc and MorningTimeCloud for trying their best to help me through this as best as they could have. Hope this helps anyone else but I just don't want anyone to have to upgrade to Windows 8.1 and not have their issue fixed. :cattongue:
