"An unknown error occurred. Error code: 1" Since Dec. 1, 2023

So I want to get the peacekeeper secret revolver and obviously I need an empty server to get the morse codes, but every single conquest server I try to join with 0/64 players gives me the same error ...

Hi all,

Good news, our teams found out what was causing the problem over the weekend. They fixed it earlier today, and we can't see the problem anymore. So, we're treating this as sorted and will be closing this thread soon.

Is the error code 1 global problem back?

It is interesting that the error code 1 problem now only affects the official DICE empty conquest servers. I can't start a new server in conquest gamemode either.

  But what could be the reason that you can't start an empty DICE BF1 conquest server?
  Maybe Dice reallocated the resources because the number of BFV players is very high now and more BFV servers are needed?

    We are trying to keep the game alive for Ea but they even don't replying us. We are paying money to rent a server but we don't get any feedback from them.
    Even if you don't solve the problem, just try to make an announcement to know whats going on. @ElliotLH Can you please have a look?
