Hi @MaizeManTony That error code usually signals a connection issue. You could try joining through the in-game server browser, but may need to take a look at the connection on your end.

Thanks for your reply @ElliotLH. Unfortunately, I have tried all of EA Help's troubleshooting steps and confirmed that the issue is not from my end of the connection. It seems like it might be related to the accounts from other platforms that are linked to my EA account, but I cannot say for sure.
