Annormal lag and unplayable

Just bought BF4, tried to play but my ping goes up and down like crazy and it starts lagging for no apparent reason. I haven't been able to really play because it lags too much.

Need to mention that I played the BETA and everything was running smoothly.

I tried all I could think off ... Run on 32bits instead of 64, update AMD drivers, Update flash, update punkbuster, check my network if anything could interfer, Unpark my CPUs ... and the obvious like lower my settings ... nothing is working.

Anyone have a suggestion?
