Anti-Tank Field Upgrade not working

with max field upgrade bar i am not getting the additional rockets or mines have tried multiple games and modes. its not losing the bar i am not having them with the bar at full even had friends help me test it. i can not up pick up ammo to get to six or spawn in with six. I am playing on the 360 by the way.

    I'm having same issue with the Xbox 1 version. Tried selecting another field upgrade option, deployed, suicided then came back with it selected, nothing. It was working yesterday. At least until I had to start switching back to it each and every time I deployed as an engineer. Today it hasn't given me the extra rockets or AT mines it's supposed to.

    Engineer Anti-tank.  Level 1 is increase in mines, specifically M2 slam from 3 to 6.  Most of the time, I can not get 6 slams, and during the rare occasion when I do, I lay down the last 3, and the 1st 3 disappear.
