Anyone experiences the Battlefield 4 Tashgar jump glitch?

I've played the campaign on all 5 platforms, and the jump isn't glitched, you just have to aim at the ladder and after you jump look up so your soldier climbs as soon as he hits the ladder. I remember being quite frustrated like you are currently until I tried that.
