They more or less are the ANZACs at least in the Gallipoli maps Cape Helles and Achi Baba, their uniforms loosely match ANZAC outfits 1:1. The actual British Royal Marines will be featured in the other maps, Heligoland Blight and Zeebrugge with their iconic Navy uniforms.
The medic looks like an Anzac soldier and the scout is based on the Maori, from NZ, and where integrated into the Anzacs and fought at Gallipoli
@thefallenrift The main reason why the ANZAC is not by name in the game is probably a legal one. It's prohibited by Australian law to use the word for commercial purposes. There are clear regulations around the use of the word 'Anzac' under the still active Protection of Word 'Anzac' Act 1920 (the Act) and penalties apply for the incorrect use of the term. Permission from the Minister for Veterans' Affairs is generally required to use the word 'Anzac' in a commercial context.
The Protection of Word 'Anzac' Regulations 1921 (Cth) state that:
'no person may use the word 'Anzac', or any word resembling it, in connection with any trade, business, calling or profession or in connection with any entertainment or any lottery or art union or as the name or part of a name of any private residence, boat, vehicle of charitable or other institution, or other institution, or any building without the authority of the Minister for Veterans' Affairs.'
This might be the main reason why EA DICE decided not to use the ANZAC by name, despite that the medic soldier in the Achi Baba and Cape Helles maps is clearly modelled after an ANZAC soldier. To avoid penalties or having to apply for using the word they chose to use a more generic non-protected description as British Forces. This description also does more true credit to all nationalities who fought in the Dardanelles campaign. Among those nationalities were 345.000 British soldiers (including Indian, Irish and Newfoundland regiments), ANZAC forces accounted for 75.000 soldiers. But there were for example also 80.000 French soldiers involved, so even British Forces does not cover it all, but it does cover the majority.
