since C:\Windows\System32\pid.dll seems to be the problem i'd say just delete it, and restart your system and let win7 repair itself, maybe it's just that file that's corrupt or something
please don't try do dowload that fole from any website or something, that never ends well.
the win7 repair menu/process is quite effective, if it's really just that one dll-file you could get lucky 😉
