Are there gonna be more free dlc for bf1?

EA/DICE have already announced that in June the owners of Premium Pass will receive a free map "Nivelle Nights".

No news, for the moment, for no Premium players.

As @Navigando stated nivelle night along with prise de tahure will be released soon for premium players as extra content. Don't miss out the opportunity to play the dlc maps for free with "Premium Friends" initiative.

As far as we know atm, there are no free DLC Maps planned.
Maps like: Nivelle Night & Prise De Tahure should be also for Premium only.

About the 4 Main DLC's we already know that they'r only for Premium Pass owners, or you can buy each DLC seperate later.

I haven't heard any information about a free DLC map recently, if they do release another one it'll be later in battlefield 1s lifetime

as stated above, Premium Friends is active until Gamescom (in August). On top of that, there will be Premium Trials "on the back of the release of Prise du Tahure" (source) which is coming in July according to the release calendar. So even if today marks the release of Nivelle Nights for Premium players only, you can also enjoy it by making use of Premium Friends / Trials.
