AS-VAL Co-Pilot Challenge Not Registering Time Spent In Heli?

Would you be OK please to share with us the link to your soldier please in Battlelog?  Looking direct at your soldier profile would be a big help for us to be able to guide you on where you issue may be please.

Enclosed you see the requirements for the Co-Pilot assignments, which unlocks the AS VAL weapon for you. Here it is also clear what requirements it takes and also the sequence they need to be completed in, top down.

1. You soldier needs to be rank 10, which I assume it is already.
2. Then you need to have played on Second assault maps.
   Then in no particular order for the next two requirements:

You need to spend 10 minutes in a helicopter.  And it doesn't matter which helicopter it is in the game.  And it doesnt matter the role/seat you sit in, when in that helicopter.  Also note that the counter towards 600, actually is clear that it counts forward for each single full second that you have been in a helicopter.  So from your description it appears that this is not happening for your soldier as supposed to work at all...
4. And last part of the assignment is the 10 complete squad repairs.  Those again should just be ticking up one after the next, till you have completed the 10.

As you describe it appears as you have already been hard at work to complete these tasks, without having even the simple 600 seconds in a heli starting to count upwards, then it all hints to me towards that your initial requirement on the 'Reach rank 10' is maybe then not correctly been recognized by the Battlelog system?

We have recently seen many new players coming to BF4 who now for some strange reason appear to have run into this bug that the Rank10 accomplishment is not checked off as it should be in their Battlelog soldier profile. Now, if this is the case with your soldier, I cannot confirm until seeing your soldier profile in details. So would be great if you would be ok to share this with us please.
