Assignment unlock from BF4 campaign not unlocking.

I am receiving the Peace Maker medal when completing campaign but am not showing it as unlocked in the battle and the p90 is still not unlocked. In searching the forums and off site material I am led...

My brother didn't have this problem.

    I have the same issue with the QBZ-95-1, 

    I finished the campaign in three possible ways, but QBZ-95-1 is still locked.

     

    How can I contact EA to get it unlocked?

    Through this forum?
