If you have Windows Vista/7 32-Bit version you can download 13.9 drivers from
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows%207%20-%2032
And if you have the 64-Bit version you can find the drivers here,
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows%207%20-%2064
Though keep in mind that the HD 4550 is no longer supported by AMD, and will get no new driver updates/fixes and that the card is very slow and will not run Battlefield 4 well at all.

Hi,
be aware:
the mentioned gpu is also below min. requirements.
Hi there, I'm also having the same issue.
I have version 13.1 and as ninjasmipet says amd haven't released a version 13.9 for my card?
My system specs are:
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
120gb ssd Drive
AMD 6350 3.9GHz
ATI Radeon HD 4850
6gig of Ram
Windows 8 Pro x64
I've ran the game in both x32 & x64 and have the same issue.
Andy help would be appreciated,
Cheers,
Andy
#Edit# *Sorry i just realised op has a different gfx card to me! I'll start a new thread if required*

I know you wont like me but everything below AMD HD 5000 isnt support so no new driver for battlefield.
YOu will have to pray AMD will release a new driver for HD 4000 but i'll doubt it seriously. You will have to get a newer Video card
Aww man that sucks! I was thinking of upgrading my card anyways .. will just have to do it a bit earlier.
Thanks Francky.
Box says min is 3870 so I'd have thought 4550 is a good enough spec?
That the AMD page, which I've used. Whilst AMD says it is version 3.9 when you've installed it, it says 13.1.

the 4550 is a newer serie. That is what the 4 stands for. The
next numbers however show, without making it difficult, how
the card performs.
While lower placed card in newer series eventually outperform
top cards in older series, in this case it does not.

I have had trouble as well. I have ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series. I have tried updating to 13.9 but for some reason am unable. Maybe I am doing it wrong, lol. Any suggestions?

If you want to play BF4, I suggest
you get a better graphics card.
