Audio positioning and ambient effect problem

I am using an internal audio card even though I didn't expected such bad quality audio.
The audio positioning looks really wrong, i can't understand where sounds come from and even if I play in an open scenario when the team speak is like a small room...
I disabled post processing from creative applications, with no result.
The problem is noticeable if I use headset.
