Bad Company 2 old account

This option is unfortunately not available at the moment as EA does not display the option to start a live chat with you nor email them. So unless you are willing to buy BFBC2 for $15 from EA Play, I suggest the modified .dll file method from the Steam community. They should either be able to help you find the right account, in case you got the email wrong somehow, or they'll be able to take a look at what's wrong with the account, in case you got the email right. They'll be able to take a look for you either way.

This would be helpful except the only thing that site is good for is telling you how to NOT open a case with EA.  There is no option for contacting EA at all.

I too am in a position where I would like my serial number and a way to download this game, but EA treats Bad Company 2/BC2:Vietnam like they never came out.  There are no mentions of it on the site at all.
