ban in bf4

I do not know what the problem is. I can not log into any server (install the game and update the punkbuster) possible help
battlefield 4

    Hi @XiraqiX_X!

    I'm sorry but you have a Global GUID ban on your account. This means that you can't access any battlefield 4 servers with your actual Origin Account.

    I must inform you that Ea is not responsible for Punkbuster bans.

    If you wish to appeal your ban please contact directly evenbalance (sadly, in my experience, they  will hardly lift your ban).
