As for the rest, BF4DB and Metabans are not affiliated with EA. Those services are run by normal people like you and me and it's up to them how they manage their service and each server admin if they want to use their ban lists. If you want to dispute the ban with them you can read more about that on their websites.

Answer HQ cannot handle bans. We don't have access to your account - we can't look into any specific cases.

Stat padding is when you "play" on servers where you just capture flags (flagrun) or you trade kills. This isn't allowed by EA by EA TOS Battlefield 4 ROC (rules of conduct), where it states: 

The purpose of these Rules of Conduct is to illustrate how the TOS apply when you play on Battlefield 4 Servers. Multiple or critical violations (to be determined at EA's own discretion) of the TOS may result in the loss of online play or a stats and/or awards reset. TOS violation may also result in the termination of your Origin Account and the loss of anything associated with it (including but not limited to points, tokens or in-game items).

The following are some examples of conduct not permitted by the TOS, they are not a complete list of prohibited behaviors and you should refer to the TOS for further details:

• Examples of abuse in Official Servers and Ranked Servers in violation of the TOS include, but are not limited to: 
• Taking turns killing, reviving, receiving ammo etc.
• Abusing world geometry to your advantage without risk
• Exploiting vehicle damage to repair indefinitely
• Creating a play environment which, by definition or action, creates an inflated scoring scenario such as 'flagrun'

Usually EA doesn't ban a lot for this behavior, and as you can see you aren't banned by EA but by METABANS, that isn't affiliated to EA.

Server administrators can install plugins in their server from METABANS, that will use their bans database (that is different from EA's one) that take use of bf4db.com reports.

EA can't do anything to unbun you from metabans, since it's an admin decision to install those plugins or ban you and admins can do what they want with their servers as long they don't brake the TOS, and banning you from their server isn't against the TOS.

So you have 2 possibilities:

• Try to get your ban lifted from METABANS (not EA) contacting them on the forum here http://metabans.net/
• Or you can just play on servers that do not use metabans (there are many)

I have read the TOS now , I know there is a few servers that use their protection ... but the way the handle stuff like this is not fair
they should give a warning like a temp ban , and I tried to dispute the ban  with them but they said they cant unban me , and when I said there is players who play on those servers and they didn't get banned they answered me feel free to report them all !!! what kinda solution is that !

anyway , EA HQ can do something by talking to them about the way they handle issues like that , because they are ruining the game for some players by playing god and deciding who they should ban and no one can say anything to them !

Unfortunatly we can't since we are just members from the community like you, and even if someone from EA reads this they can't do much since METABANS and others don't work for EA and even if EA asks them to do something they aren't forced to do anything.
