Your ban has been applied by a third party anti-cheat provider. You need to contact GGC-Stream directly to appeal, the use of third party anti-cheat providers is at the discretion of the administrators whom operate the particular BF4 server(s).
You should be able to access BF4 servers which do not enforce GGC-Stream's banlist.
