Banned for no reason?
I haven't played Battlefield 4 since December 3 and I wanted play a little, but when I tried to login I got a message saying, "You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services." Since my computer is not really good enough to play multiplayer, I've only been messing around on Test Range, so how could I've gotten banned? I don't even have any type of email saying I did anything wrong.

We on the Answer HQ do not handle bans. If you believe your Battlelog account has been incorrectly suspended/banned and you would like to dispute this action, please contact support at accountdisputes@ea.com from your registered email address.
In the Subject of your email, please write "Banned/Suspended Account - Game/Product Name - Persona Name".
In the Body of your email, please include the following information:
Information of the situation
First and last name
Game/Product name
Persona's name
Where your game or product was purchased
Banned or Suspended
Error/Notification Message received (if any)
Details of your disputeIt may take up to 2-3 weeks to get a reply, but it usually doesn't take that long.
