EA Answer HQ cannot do anything about bans, but what we can do is tell you how to dispute and appeal a ban.
The general ban dispute email is accountdisputes@ea.com

As stated above we cannot assist with bans here at Answer HQ only assist with InGame errors, sorry about this but please feel free to request the ban be lifted by e-Mailing accountdisputes@ea.com, template your message like below,
SUBJECT - BANNED FROM BATTLELOG
First Name & Last Name:
Game/Product Name:
Persona Name :
Where your game or product was purchased: =
Banned or Suspended: =
Error/Notification Message received (if any):
Hope this helped however sadly here at the answers forum we do not have the power to lift bans, only EA Disputes can.
