Banned from battlelog from bf4

ive have been banned dont know why need to solve the problem pls respond , 
battlefield 4

I also could not get any customer support from EA to fix my game. I was banned for no apparent reason and after spending over $100 on Battlefield 4 Premium cannot play online with my friends. This is very upsetting
