If you were banned ,an email informing you of your ban and the duration of your ban was sent to the email address that you've used for your origin account.

Please contact support at accountdisputes@ea.com from your registered email address.

If you don't see it in your inbox ,do check your spam\bulk folder for the email.

If you believe your EA account and/or persona has been incorrectly suspended/banned and you would like to dispute this action, please contact support from your registered email address.

but as i mentioned before, the email i listed for my origin accont is nota valid email.

I have accidently mistyped hotmail as gmail.

for instance, i have listed my email address as [edit: email address removed] whereas the CORRECT email is [edit: email address removed]

silly mistake i know, but i was not able to change it during the period when i was not banned.

Therefore due to this error, i still don't know what is the reason behind the ban.

on a side note, i have tried calling EA on the phone, but the line seems disconnected

and i have tried emailing the address you mentioned yesterday but still no reply as of yet.

I really need help, i have bought every DLC on BF3 and now BF4 as well, i want to know what i did that got me banned and i don't want to see the money i invested into these games go into waste.
