Banning cheaters no longer works. Immediate fix needed!

Hi,

I'm one of the leaders of the AMG clan. We rent multiple servers on the account with the name AllianceMG.
We do our best to provide cheatfree servers for the Battlefield 1 PC ( EU ) community. We have created a reporting system where players can report a cheater on our website.
Once reported, more then a dozen admins get notified on discord about the suspected cheater. Once one or more admins confirm a cheat, we record the evidence, log the ban on our private forum and add the account to all our servers to prevent the cheater from joining an AMG server again. In most cases we also submit the video evidence via origin report so that other clans and public servers don't have to deal with that cheater.

The problem is, since a few weeks ( around the time Battlefield got added to steam again ), banning players no longer seems to work. We ban a player via the playerlist or by manually adding him by entering his username, the player gets kicked, and he can simply join again. In some cases the ban simply dissapears from the banlist in other cases the cheaters name is still on the list, but he still manages to join. Somethimes it also happens that we get the message that it's not possible to add the player to the banlist and after 5-10 attempts it finally works. To be clear, we are 100% certain that there are still enough banslots available.

We can still protect the community from the cheaters because we are a big clan and we have admins on duty all day long, but there are players that we had to "ban" more than 3 times already in the past two weeks. They just keep on joining.

In case EA/DICE actually cares about the players, this should get fixed ASAP. Clanservers are basicly the only place where PC players can still play cheatfree, because EA/DICE hasn't implemented anti-cheat measures for cheats that have been around for two years now. We are willing to provide all info needed in order to get it fixed like playernames that have given errors. Maybe you can find a connection between these players. Maybe they are all from a specific region, mabe they are all steam players. But a list with their names should help you to find a connection and fix the bug that is causing these players to remain unbanned.

It's not the first time this has happened:

Only difference is now it's happening on multiple servers. I do hope that getting a new server is not the proposed solution since more then 14000 players have our server(s) in their favourites.
