Battle Field 1 DLC weapons won’t unlock

Hi can some one please help me with this infamous bug/issue many Battle Field 1 players have in regards of trying to unlock DLC weapons by completing challenges. No matter what I do the percent of the challenge stays the same no mater how many times i do it. If someone can resolve this issue I have thank you

    @tqw6in order to unlock DLC weapons you have to own the dlc so in my opinion you have to buy the digital copy of " bf1 Revolution" install it after you delete the disc version to avoid any conflicts and you will enjoy the dlc's maps and weapons etc
    that's the only solution cause i had this issues in my first time i played the game.

    To be clear, you own Premium / the related DLC, correct? I remember a lot of people asking the same thing a while back but it turned out they only had the base game.

    If you upgraded consoles and or haven't played in a while, it can sometimes be as simple as completing a few full matches but it couldn't hurt to restore your licenses and refresh your system's cache.

    If all that doesn't work I recommend contacting an EA Game Advisor for more assistance

    @tqw6 In addition to what the other guys have said, it might also help if you could give an example of one or two of the weapons you're trying to unlock.

    could you till me which version you have disk or digital ? and which weapon you trying to unlock plz?

    No I don’t own any DLC content. I’ve changed from PS4 to ps5, played many games on ps5 and still nothing works, but I restored my licenses. I don’t know how to refresh my system's cache. If you can tell me how to do that I would appreciate it. And by the way I’ve contacted EA help many times but all they can do is just report the issue.

    I’m trying to unlock the Fedorov Avtomat Trench and general liu rifle factory. I’ve tried to complete both challenges but I have no success, I’m sure iam doing everything correct. I don’t know if you’re supposed to unlock them in order because it seems that the first gun I haven’t unlocked(part of the DLC) is working.

    @Mo3tazibrahim I’m in PS5 and it’s a physical disk. I’m trying to unlock two medic weapons Fedorov Avtomat Trench and General Liu Rifle Factory. Im doing the challenges and getting kills with whatever I need to do but it’s stay at 0% when I go back and check it in the progress screen while in there game.

    @tqw6i think ps5 players have the game for free but i dont know which copy ( basic or revolution) but i recommend the revolution as it includes everything.
