battle field 2 serial key says its already used on a different account after i used it on the same account

I recently purchased battlefield bad company 2 and the vietnam dlc and when i logged in and enterd the serial key it accepted it but there were no servers available so i restarted the game and now when i log in it asks for a serial key and when i enter it it says it has already been used even though it is the same account.
