Battlefeild 4 in campaign frezzes

Hello I picked up my copy of battlefeild 4 on the 6th of october and was trying to play the campain now I got to the second mission with multiple screen frezzes and wepon spawn problems is this due to a system error or a disc error. and if so What should I do to improve my gaming exprience without these troublesome errors.
