WHEN I TRY TO START BATTLEFEILD 3 0R 4  IT SAYS SOMETHING LIKE SHOULD BE 32 BIT NOT 64 BIT ON INTERNET EXPLORER .IT SHOULD WORK ON EITHER?

WINDOWS 10 64BIT VERY LATEST UPGRADE BUT ALSO DID SAME ON WINDOWS 7 64BIT

MOTHERBOARD GIGABYTE

32 GB MEMORY QUAD CORE

980GTX NIVIDIA GRAPHICS CARD

I got the exact same problem.

Yesterday i bought BF 4 installed it and tried to play a online game,i got this message from BF

Unable to launch the game from this device

Please check that you fulfil all of these requirements:

I have windows 10 with IE 11 installed as 64 bit version.

(and as far as i know all updates for windows,driver for graphics card are installed )

The message had a red X next to: Compatible 32-bit (not 64-bit) Web Browser

I have also no clue as what i can do to get the game working,also i dont understand why it says that the game wont work on a 64 bit IE.

Hope to hear what i can do to resolve the issue so that i can start playing the game.

So have you tried another browser such as firefox if IE is not working?

The only other browser i use sometimes is Firefox.

If i try to play through that,it works.

Try using a different Browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
