I totally understand it can be frustrating to wait for a Dog Tag and see other players already showing it off.
If it's about the Aries Dog Tag, you can contact an EA Advisor as Travis mentioned - if you should not be prompted with a chat option.
I selected Battlefield 1 | PC | Missing content | Never received content | Promotional content as shown - was prompted with chat.
Should you be looking for the Easter Dog Tag I would kindly ask for your patience since that is not yet available on the advisors side.
